The Learn-Lean Acute Meeting Board ensures your team an excellent overview of measures, project leaders and delays in the administrative sector. A functional grid is imprinted on the writable surface of the magnetic board enabling a flexible alignment of the magnets included in the delivery. Changes in priorities are easily signaled by simple shifting of
magnets thus informing your team promptly. Delays are indicated at first sight.
The board is supplied for wall mounting in the size of W x H 75 x 140 cm (approx. 29.5 x 55.1 inch), complete with 43 magnets and 450 mini-magnets. T-shaped pedestals of grey painted steel - without
or with lockable castors - are available as accessory. The board is connected at two fixing points per pedestal allowing easy mounting and demounting. Alternatively, a version equipped with a solid rolling frame of grey painted steel, tightly screwed with the board, can be obtained.
A key requirement for the efficiency of a team is to know at any time the current state of tasks and the ability to provide information about problems and measures at any time. The Learn-Lean Acute Meeting Board serves as a central transparent platform within teams to keep all tasks and activities in mind.
Duties are discussed directly in daily stand-up meetings, decisions are brought about. You consciously choose this kind of labour organization that ensures quick decisions in short-cycle daily rhythm. The culture of time-consuming e-mails and unnecessary meetings can be reduced enormously.
Comunication is getting more direct and fast, problem solving is getting independent from information delays.
Magnets adhere firmly on the three boards while remaining easy transferable. A special coating on the surface makes the boards and magnets suitable for the use of WhiteBoard markers, that can be wiped off dry without leaving any residues.
If you like you can enter at any time the names of the team members on the included list and confirm their presence by checking the relevant field. Likewise it is possible to define frequencies and starting points as constants.
Write down identified problems, measures, responsibilities and deadlines on the included magnets! You can change priorities of the different tasks at any time by shifting of magnets and indicate delayed tasks.
