Learn-Lean offers the Shopfloor Board as standard or as customized product. Choosing a Customized board you can define contents and size by yourself. Standardized modifiable modules will support you in the configuration and optimization of your board.

The standard product described here comprises three boards, the Value Board, the CIP Board with key performance indicators, and the order planning board with all corresponding magnets. This board enables you to map the perspectives of the past, the actual state, and the future simultaneously on the shopfloor.

Moreover, you can differtiate between complex and basic problems using either the A3 methods kit with its variety of methods (5W, Ishikawa, etc.) or the problem listing.
The left board is intended for the application of methods such as Value Magnets or other Learn-Lean methods.
The central board visualizes improvement suggestions, problem listings, and the relevant key performance indicators on the shopfloor. The right board is intended for order planning and can be customized to suit your individual needs.

The three boards are supplied for wall mounting in the sizes W x H 160 x 120 cm (Value Board and CIP Board, approx. 63 x 47.2 inch), and 130 x 120 cm (order planning board, approx. 51.2 x 47.2 inch). T-shaped pedestals of grey painted steel - without or with lockable castors - are available as accessory. The board is connected at two fixing points per pedestal allowing easy mounting and demounting. Alternatively, a version equipped with a solid rolling frame of grey painted steel, tightly screwed with the board, can be obtained.

The Learn-Lean Shopfloor Management is the central instrument for continuous improvement and prompt information flows concerning tasks, problems, and current particularities. By means of boards, elements of the production system are visualized and essential methods for controlling normal production processes are associated with sustainable improvement.

Magnets adhere firmly on the three boards while remaining easy transferable. A special coating on the surface makes the boards and magnets suitable for the use of WhiteBoard markers, that can be wiped off dry without leaving any residues.

The supplied magnets refer to your individually designed order planning, as well as to problem

listings and improvement suggestions. The magnets are self-explanatory; checkboxes guide you to fill in the convenient informations.

If you decide at a future date to redesign your shopfloor board, you can place at any time further modules on the standardized grid. Using this standard board you remain flexible as far as extensions or changes are concerned.
