Learn-Lean Value Magnets will help you to analyze and to redesign your value stream very fast following a standardized procedure. The Hospital Flow Set contains magnets with standardized value stream icons for the visualization of complex processes in the hospital. Due to the uniform size of the Value Magnets you can depict a value stream within a very short time on the standardized grid of the Value Paper. For single-use on existing magnetic whiteboards, 10 sheets of Value Paper sized 178 x 69 cm (approx. 70 x 27.2 inch) are included in the set.

For use in changing locations and depending on specific requirements we recommend other available types of the standard grid: Value Board, Value Paper or Value Paper Glossy. You decide where, how, and on which surface you present your value stream!

Start your value stream from left (process start) towards the right (end of the process). A central alignment can be accomplished later by simply shifting the magnets. The eyes of the viewer will always find a professional presentation.

Two typical approaches are applied using Value Magnets to design a value stream: you depict a current state and transfer it subsequently to an optimized future state; alternatively, you can develop current and future states separately and arrange them one below the other.
